“Everything went very well. I had asked for a couple of mirrors to be hung and an AC bracket to be placed in the window. He was knowledgeable about all that I asked for and made me aware of all possible out comes/problems/issues and worked with me to accomplish all that I wanted. The price was a little high but his work is good and clean. Also, I had just asked for the AC brace to be secured and he put the AC in as a bonus and didn’t bump up the price. Would definitely use him again. He was prompt and did a great job.”
“I called John April 10, 2015 after one guy never showed up the week before and another called me that morning to cancel. I told John exactly what I needed, repair for 2 toilets. As I was giving him the address he told me he was already out the door! He got to the apartment, took a look at the toilets, called me immediately with an estimate and off he went to pick up materials for repair! “I cannot express strongly enough how fortunate my wife and I feel that we stumbled across Johnny. First and foremost, it was a holiday weekend and the service people we normally would have used were out of town. In desperation, we did a google search and called Handyman. Not only was Johnny prompt and courteous, but more importantly, his work was truly first rate. It was a rather complicated job and there were severe time constraints as we were to host for the holiday. He was thorough, totally knowledgeable, prepared and executed the repairs flawlessly. In addition, he is personable and more than willing to hear our input and actually talked us out of what we thought may have been needed, costing us much less than we thought we would have needed to spend. He identified the problem, explained it to us in detail and informed us the added (expensive) repairs were unnecessary. His attention to detail and the absolute spotless condition he left our home after a heavy project was simply awesome. You just don’t find guys with this work ethic and integrity anymore. I don’t know which we appreciate more; The total honesty, the very reasonable rates or the great workmanship. What a winning combination.
