Repairs & property maintenance

Drywall repair that starts with a clear finishing plan.

Holes, dents, and damaged wall areas can turn a small repair list into a room that never feels finished. Tell us what needs patching and how you want the surface finished.

Wall repairs with the finish in mind.

A nail hole, a door-handle dent, and a larger opening left by repair work call for different scopes. We discuss the size and condition of the affected area, the existing wall finish, and whether painting belongs in the same request.

Share a wider photo of the wall along with a close-up of the damage. A repair that looks small in isolation may be more noticeable beside a window, across a long wall, or under direct lighting.

  • Small holes, dents, and damaged wall surfaces
  • Patching requests following access or fixture changes
  • Wall preparation before painting or a room refresh
  • Grouped wall repairs between tenants

Patching, texture, and paint are separate decisions.

A patch addresses the damaged area; the surrounding texture and paint determine how the finished wall looks. Include texture matching in the discussion if the wall is not smooth. An existing paint color or leftover can is useful, but an exact visual match cannot be assumed.

For a consistent result, ask whether the scope should include painting the entire wall rather than only the patched spot. Let us know if you are changing the room color or keeping the existing finish so we can discuss the right extent of preparation.

Plan around the room and the repair.

Tell us about furniture near the work, wall height, and whether the room will be in use. Patching and finishing may involve drying time or more than one stage; include your preferred completion date when requesting availability.

If the damage is recurring or the surface is damp, describe that history before planning cosmetic work. The reason for the damage needs to be understood before a finish repair can be scoped. For rental homes, combine wall patches with door adjustments, trim repairs, and paint touch-ups in one room-by-room list.
